PRE and POST SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS
If you have an appointment for a clearing session, there are beneficial steps to take beforehand and afterward.
Feeling a little anxious or scattered before an appointment is common and normal. Resting more can be helpful. It's advisable to allocate an hour or two of personal time post-appointment for your body and mind to assimilate the session's experience. Taking a walk or relaxing in nature can aid this process. Avoid any activities requiring intense focus right after the session, as there can be a bit of disorientation after a session.
Post-session, it's not unusual to feel physically tired. Having revitalizing food and drinks, (ie. lectrolytes, coconut water, bone broth, vitamins, and green foods) can be advantageous. Baths with Epsom salts or salt scrubs can help the body process and outgas any residuals. Clean sheets and towels can contribute to a 'reset' for a restful night. It's best to refrain from discussing your session until you feel fully integrated. How you engage with your integration is important for incorporating a 'new normal' in your life. Also, consider waiting a few weeks before undergoing any other healing sessions to allow the healing to settle without disruption.
